Preparing a Burraneer Home for Sale

This substantial renovation was undertaken to refresh the appearance, condition and functionality of the property before it was offered for sale. ACG Built coordinated a broad range of internal and external improvements, with particular attention given to the home's exterior presentation, existing finishes and high-use areas.

The entire house was reclad and repainted externally, while the interior received a complete repaint. Windows, doors and associated components were assessed and repaired or selectively replaced where required. Existing flooring and stairs were refinished to restore their appearance and provide a consistent finish throughout the home.

Additional work included renovating the outdoor pool room, completing selected lighting and electrical upgrades, and repairing the property's exceptionally large boatshed sliding door, including replacing components where necessary.

This was a substantial pre-sale renovation focused on the areas requiring repair, renewal and presentation improvements. It did not include a complete kitchen or bathroom renovation.
